Care Instructions:
To prolong the life of your T-ZONE™ 20-in-1 Therapeutic Wrap, hand wash using a mild detergent. Can also be machine-washed in cold water, delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry and store in the T-ZONE™ carrying case.

To Use:

Forearm - 2 options:
1. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into a strap's pouches if desired. Press the non-fastener end against your arm
and wrap the strap around, working away from the hand. Ensure
the pouches fall on the effected area if they are being used. Close the fastener at a comfortable compression.

2. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into the large brace
if desired. Centre your forearm in the middle of the brace and fold the ends around, attaching at a comfortable compression.
